why do we need a
WINE CELLAR
A constant temperature Is needed to reach the peak of the wine's development.
Excessive humidity may cause mould to form.
Insufficient humidity causes corks to dry out and shrink, which allows air to enter the bottle and alter chemical contents of the wine.
Ultraviolet rays will promote the chemical degeneration of fine wine.
Constant vibration reintegrates sediments into the wine, upsetting the aging process. In addition, vibrations can cause the cork to shift, altering the wines internal environment due to altered oxygen exposure.
